We are pleased to announce the integration of injection molding simulations directly into our structural analysis workflow upon request.

Traditional structural simulations often assume uniform, isotropic material properties. By coupling mold flow data with structural FEA (Finite Element Analysis), we can now accurately capture how local manufacturing conditions—such as local fiber orientation and process-induced residual stresses (warpage)—dictate the mechanical behavior and structural integrity of the molded part during service.

Above is an example of a snap hook deformation analysis. By accounting for local anisotropic material properties and molded-in stresses, the simulation yields a significantly more accurate prediction of actual component loading and deflection limits.

This advanced approach eliminates guesswork, providing a high-fidelity foundation for confident, optimized design decisions.
